Returns & Refunds
We want you to love it! But if something doesn’t work out, you can send your items back in 3 easy steps.
- Initiate your return within 14 days from delivery.
- Receive your return authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us as soon as possible.
Products must be in new/unused condition, in the original packaging with all product inserts and accessories that came with it. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers insurance and tracking as we are not able to honor refunds for packages lost during transit.
If your return is a result of our error or defective product, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Replace the product or send you replacement parts and accessories (when available) at no extra cost for you.
- Issue a full refund (including the cost of original and return shipping).
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order to be accepted at the warehouse. Refused deliveries or items that were returned without obtaining an authorization from us first will not be processed for a refund. We are here to assist with any issue you might face with your order, so please contact us first and allow us to do so.
For return requests with reason of “Defective”, “Wrong Item”, “Broken/Missing Parts” etc., the buyer must send us digital photos clearly showing the problem. We have included this functionality inside the return request form so you can easily upload and share your photos with us.
In the event that you receive a damaged item on delivery please notify the driver immediately and mark it down on the delivery slip. Then contact us as soon as possible but not later than 5 days.
We issue all refunds back to the form of payment that was used to make the purchase.
Please keep in mind that the cost of shipping the item to the customer, whether originally paid by the customer or by us, cannot be refunded, unless your return is the result of our mistake as stated above. For orders that shipping was paid by us (free shipping for the buyer), the cost is usually 12%-15% of the item’s value, depending on size, weight etc. Of course we will notify you via email with all the details before you send the item back to us.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If you return an item that was opened, is missing original packaging, inserts and accessories or shows signs of wear, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original price based on the condition of the item.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In most cases you will receive your refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:
- The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)
- Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
- Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)
